Job Summary The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations under the guidance of the Security Manager. This role includes supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety of company assets, employees, and facilities, and supporting the Security Manager in implementing security policies and procedures. The Security Supervisor plays a key role in incident response, staff training, and ensuring the compliance of security protocols across the organization. This position also performs other projects and activities as necessary to support business operations. Key Responsibilities: Daily Security Operations: - Supervise the security team during daily operations, ensuring all duties are carried out effectively and in accordance with company policies. - Monitor security systems, including surveillance and access control, to maintain the safety of personnel and company property. - Provide on-the-ground support for security incidents, managing response efforts in collaboration with the Security Manager.
