Job Description Summary Under general supervision, the Resource Analyst III provides resource and financial management expertise to include the budget process, resource metrics, reporting, contract review process, and internal quality assurance controls. The position is responsible for the integrated budget management process that includes MUSC’s three primary entities (University, Hospital Authority, Physician Practice Plan), each with different procurement and financial management processes and requirements. The position is responsible for deploying best practices and leveraging of collaborative partnerships to ensure value, impact, and accountability in resource and financial management across IS and ensures all processes align with and support the enterprise standards and are compliant with business processes.
