About the Role: We are seeking a motivated Bid Coordinator to join our Fuels & Energy Pre‑Contracts team based in Brisbane. This role plays a critical coordination and administrative function within the bid team, supporting Bid Managers and technical contributors to deliver high‑quality, compliant tender submissions. You will be responsible for managing bid administration, coordinating meetings and reviews, maintaining document control, and ensuring bid material is accurately formatted, stored and submitted in line with governance and client requirements.
