Job description
- Responsible for employee requirements ensuring compliance according to JHACO and CMS standards - Create personnel files and file all Human Resources paperwork in a timely manner and in compliance with chart order - Types memos and letters as well as post and distribute correspondence - Keep all HR boards updated to standard - Prepares and copies New Employee Personnel Packets. - Assists with completion of New Employee personnel paperwork. - Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data into HRIS system - Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies. - Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential - Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as maintains hospital licenses and certifications needed NEW EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION & TRAINING: - Notifies Director of Human Resources of employees failing to complete training despite being notified at the en...
