Position Description: PingWind is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for leading technical planning, coordination, and execution of MODES III IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and data operations, ensuring delivery of secure, compliant, and mission-aligned technical solutions in accordance with Government requirements.
