Overview: The Head of Technology – RS UK will provide strategic, operational and technical leadership across Technology and Change. This role is critical to delivering UK business growth ambitions—including pensions administration expansion, new market entry, and faster product innovation—while ensuring our platforms remain resilient, modern and scalable. This leader will join the UK Senior Leadership Team and work closely with Group Technology to ensure alignment with architectural standards, platform engineering, governance and global best practice. Purpose of the Role: The Head of Technology – RS UK will be responsible for four critical outcome areas: 1. Driving Growth & New Product Enablement 2.Strengthening Platform & Architecture 3.End-to-End Accountability Across Technology & Change 4.
