Role Summary The Principal EHS Data Center Program Manager is responsible for leading program-wide Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across OCI's GigaScale data center program. This role sets strategy, establishes governance, and drives consistent execution to improve safety performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and reduce operational risk across construction, commissioning, operations, and vendor-managed activities. You will work cross-functionally with Data Center Operations, Facilities, Construction/Design, Security, Procurement, Legal, HR, and external partners to embed EHS requirements into end-to-end delivery and run-state operations. This role is based in the El Paso, TX/Las Cruces, NM area and requires one to live in the area. Relocation assistance available.
