Fogelman is seeking an experienced, Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to join the team at Dunwoody Glen Apartments in the Dunwoody area of Atlanta. We will transition this property in early April. The ideal candidate is bilingual, has at least three years of Assistant Property Manager experience within the multifamily industry, preferably with a large property, strong in accounting and collections, highly organized, detail oriented, and proficient in Yardi. Proven leasing abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential. Experience with Yardi, CRM platforms, and Yieldstar is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
