Job description

Key accountabilities: - Provide expert legal advice on matters affecting Euronext post-trade business units and their clients; - Provide legal expertise in the domain of company law and securities law; - Manage responses to information and concerns and/or issues raised by clearing members, issuers, custodians and other stakeholders; - Provide general legal assistance to the Business & Products of Euronext Securities (the Euronext CSDs) regarding, specifically, the application of Regulation (EU) N°909/2014 (CSDR=; - Contribute to the tracking and monitoring of all relevant legislation and regulation, and contribute to ensuring compliance with governing law, among other CSDR: - Align legal advice with Euronext legal and regulation team members.
