The job: As a Senior Systems Engineer in our service team, you'll take ownership of the cloud-hosted environments that underpin our Rezilient product portfolio, starting with our SITE marine coordination software. This is not a purely development-focused role. It's a varied position that combines cloud operations, performance monitoring, stakeholder communication, and analytical problem-solving — the tasks are diverse, so we support each other along the way. You'll monitor the performance, quality, security, and stability of our hosting environments, and proactively share findings and recommendations with developers, our internal Customer Operations team, and customers directly.
