Job Description In this valuable role, the Clinical Supervisor is accountable for the supervision of community care assistants (CCA) and community care assistants in training (CCAIT) who are caring and making a difference for clients within the community. The Clinical Supervisor will have the expertise to assess, implement and evaluate a wide range of clinical care interventions to ensure the delivery of safe, quality, and ethical care.
