Job Description: - Assists with behavior modification efforts. - Develops programs for retention and positive reinforcement of behaviors Monitors for behavior/disciplinary concerns. - Meets with students to ensure successful matriculation through the program. - Provide support to staff in resolving negative behavior of students. - Monitor and maintain effective control through personal observations by making periodic checks of center wide activities as well as facilities, dormitories, cafeteria, etc. and report potential or existent non-resolved problems to the Safety/Security Manager and Center Director or designee. - Serve as primary contact on Center for off-center individuals and for matters needing immediate investigation, advice, and decision. - Supervises Center staff during evening and weekend hours and ensures staff and student accountability during th...
