Job DetailsJob Location: Kobernick House - Sarasota, FL 34235Position Type: SeasonalAviva Senior Living seeks a RN or LPN for our Wellness department, supporting the needs of our Independent Living residents. This is a PRN position with a fixed schedule of every Friday (8:30a-4p) and every other weekend (9a-1p). May also include occasional vacation and holiday coverage. Position Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for caring for the facility’s residents, families, co-workers. The primary purpose of the position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards and guidelines and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the Wellness Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained.
