PG&E's gas transmission also provides gas transmission to non-core customers outside of PG&E's service territory in Southern California. Position Summary: This is an IBEW Local 1245 represented classification, which has over 100 years of experience representing employees at PG&E. This job is subject to collective bargaining. The Apprentice Transmission Mechanic will work as an assistant to or under the general direction of a journeyman. They may be required to work alone or under indirect supervision on jobs for which an employee has been trained and instructed.
