Position Summary: Hoffman Construction is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to represent the HR Team as the primary HR resource on the project site for employees. This role reports in person full time to the project in Childress, TX. This person will collaborate closely with the project leadership team to ensure the company's people practices are aligned with the business objectives. This position will provide tactical HR support that enhances organizational culture, boosts performance, and drives business success through people-centric initiatives. Key functions include tactical partnership, talent management, employee relations, talent development, compliance, performance management. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: - Partner with key stakeholders and expert teams including other HR colleagues, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, IT, Project Management, and Leadership to ensure an efficient, clearly communicated, and positive employee experience for employees at the project site. - Be the go-to HR person for employment and labor law questions associated with the state in which the HR Business Partner is located. - Be a resource to the affiliate comp...
