The CDAO will be responsible for driving business value creation, business-led governance, and the data -driven enterprise. The CDAO will oversee the data operations, data quality, data analytics, master data management and data governance functions, and ensure alignment with the organization's vision, mission, and goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading data and analytics initiatives, managing data teams, and delivering data-driven insights and solutions. The candidate will also have extensive experience and expertise in CRM systems, tools, and best practices, and be able to leverage CRM data to enhance customer experience, retention, and growth. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a central data strategy that supports the organization's growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. Assess and improve data and analytics infrastructure, platforms, and solutions that enable data collection, storage, management, accessibility, and usability across the organization.
