Quality Auditor (M/F/D) - Afternoon Shift

Job description

Responsibilities: - Approve first and last part produced according to product quality specifications to assure good parts produced - Ensure the collection of samples to be analysed by the laboratory in accordance with the control plan, in order to guarantee product quality and process stability. - Quality first point of contact to Evaluate and decide the doubts that arise in the production process, in line with quality requirements - Analyse the parts that do not meet quality standards on the first attempt (FTQ) and decide whether they can be reintroduced into the production line, scrapped, reworked, or analysed in the laboratory. - Responsible for opening quality alerts, ensuring containment, and leading the cross-functional team to resolve effectively - Engage supplier quality team to proceed with the incoming inspection, when defect found on raw materials in accordance with internal procedures - Execute statistical process to ensure the stability of manufacturing processes (PQ) - Responsible for the physical and system blocking of suspect parts to ensure they do not reach the customer. - Responsible for collecting system data and performing MSA's (Measurement System Analysis) to...
