Maintenance Reliability Lead

Job Description Minimum Qualifications: Provides technical support in the manufacturing of bacon. Must be able to lead a small team of maintenance coordinators. Must be versatile and able to problem solve breakdowns in addition to being proactive with adequate preventative maintenance to avoid machine malfunction and unnecessary downtime. Works with all team members to meet production goals within operating budgets. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrates adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced manufacturing work environment that meets strict quality and safety standards. - Minimum of 3 years of problem-solving breakdowns and proactive preventative maintenance to avoid machine malfunction and unnecessary downtime. - PLC and Electrical experience required. - Stable work history. - High School Diploma or GED. - Previous manufacturing experience preferred. - Successful candidates must be able to work full time and any shift in a fast paced and continuous production team environment. In addition, they must be able to work overtime in 4 hour increments either before or after a scheduled shift. Responsibilities & Duties...
