About the Role: M3 is seeking a highly capable, hands-on Senior Marketing Designer to own and elevate our visual presence across all customer-facing and internal marketing touchpoints. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on execution, ownership, and speed. You will be the primary driver of M3’s marketing design output and responsible for creating the materials that support sales, marketing, and brand growth across the organization.
