Create your best future and join Westpac as a Manager, GTS Client Service What’s the role?: You’ll be part of our Global Transaction Services (GTS) Client Engagement team, supporting a portfolio of institutional clients across their day‑to‑day banking needs. This is a full‑time role based in Brisbane, where you’ll be the go-to contact for clients, making sure their enquiries, requests and service needs are handled smoothly and accurately. In this role, you’ll work closely with relationship managers, product teams and operations partners to deliver a seamless service experience. You’ll spend your time responding to client enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, managing documentation, and helping resolve more complex issues when they arise. You’ll also look for simpler and better ways of working, contributing to continuous improvement across the service model. Most importantly, you’ll build trusted relationships with clients by understanding how they use our products and helping them get the most value from their banking arrangements.
