About the Job: Reporting to the Director of Transitional Housing, the building Manager at the alex will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Alex building in a manner consistent with Atira’s mission, vision and values and in accordance with all legal, contractual, statutory and other requirements. The building Manager provide supervision and support to front line staff and ensure a high standard of feminist, anti-oppression, decolonization theory and practice is maintained in all program delivery, keeping women at the centre of our work.
