Job description

Job Description Support domestic and international tax planning initiatives within the Tax Organization, including (i) performing technical analysis, (ii) preparing tax planning presentations, (iii) modeling the tax impacts and supporting the implementation of tax planning initiatives, (iv) drafting intercompany agreements, and (v) working with tax operations on the accounting and reporting implications of tax planning initiatives. Considering the strategic relevance of business development structuring and supporting business development transactions will be your main area of focus. Tax Organization liaison with (i) Business Development; (ii) Accounting, and (iii) Finance, each as further described below. Business Development : (i) Manage tax due diligence related to mergers and acquisitions, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors, (ii) review and determine optimal structure for various business development transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and collaborations, working with the BD group and internal and external legal representatives, (iii) advise on tax matters related to integration activities, including coordinatio...
