We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with over 7 years of experience to join our dynamic full-stack engineering team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, writing production code daily and integrating AI tools to enhance your development workflow. This is an opportunity to design, implement, and maintain backend services while contributing to frontend development and embedding AI capabilities into our product suite. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping how our team leverages AI, setting standards for AI-assisted coding and ensuring the quality of AI-generated code. Accountabilities: Core Engineering: Design and build scalable mobile apps, backend services, RESTful APIs, and data streaming pipelines that meet the reliability and compliance requirements of clinical trial software. Contribute to mobile development mainly across our Native apps using mainly Kotlin and Kotlin multiplatform and React Native for our hybrid apps when the work requires full-stack development .
