Position Summary: The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the production processes in a manufacturing facility. This role ensures that products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards. The Manufacturing Manager also focuses on optimizing processes, managing staff, and maintaining safety standards. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: - Lead, manage, and supervise a team of manufacturing supervisors. - Assign tasks and monitor the daily activities of the manufacturing supervisors. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to manufacturing supervisors.
