About the role: The Seasons Project Officer is situated within the MacKillop Seasons and MacKillop Institute team. This role supports the promotion, coordination and delivery of MacKillop Seasons education initiatives across designated regions, with a primary focus on the Seasons for Life project and a secondary focus on the Disaster Resilience project. The position plays an important role in engaging with schools and community stakeholders predominantly across VIC, TAS, NSW to promote awareness of MacKillop Seasons programs, support uptake and participation, and coordinate local implementation activities in line with approved project plans. The role contributes to an integrated, trauma‑informed approach to outreach, onboarding and ongoing engagement with schools and communities, ensuring consistency and clarity across both projects. The Seasons Project Officer works closely with the Acting Lead – Seasons for Life, as well as other national and regional team members, to support effective project collaboration, delivery, stakeholder relationships, data collection and continuous improvement.
