We value depth and engineers who are comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone when the problem calls for it. If you’re front-end leaning, you care about crafting intuitive, performant, and accessible user experiences, and you collaborate closely with product and design to bring ideas to life. If you’re back-end leaning, you enjoy designing scalable systems, building clean APIs and data pipelines, and ensuring reliability in production. You’re comfortable working in Python and thinking through architecture and performance. You’re excited about applying LLMs and AI in real-world products from powering user-facing features to building evaluation and production workflows.
