GENERAL FUNCTION: Leads in the analysis of data activities and engagement across the assigned organization. Responsible for developing reporting, analytics, metrics and key performance indicators while also providing in-depth analysis and recommendations for improving/enhancing line of business performance. Focus on providing value-added analysis and recommendations to support business growth. Serves as a strategic thought-leader; bridging the gap between business processes and data analytics solutions. Assist in leading the education and development of less experienced staff. Plays a crucial role in providing valuable data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize business performance, drive strategic initiatives, and solve complex business problems.
