In this role, you'll: You will be responsible for delivering high quality, team based customer service across a wide range of maritime products and services. This includes processing and managing mooring applications, issuing aquatic licences, overseeing boat code activities, processing infringements, and supporting outsourced transactions such as boat driver licences and vessel registrations. You will also assist with additional operational tasks as required.
