Key Responsibilities: - Lead the QA strategy and execution across multiple banking applications including core banking, mobile banking, internet banking, and payment and regulatory systems - Manage Functional, Integration, Accessibility, Compatibility, Regression testing activities at program/tribe level - Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other teams to ensure test coverage of business-critical and regulatory scenarios - Oversee test automation initiatives using industry-standard tools and frameworks - Ensure traceability of test cases to business and regulatory requirements and for audit, Sox, Risk controls - Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution of issues - Prepare and present test metrics, risk assessments, and quality reports to senior stakeholders - Coordinate with external vendors and third-party systems for end-to-end testing - Ensure testing processes comply with internal audit and external regulatory standards - Develop a team of internal and external test engineers Qualifications: - Degree in STEM or higher - 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4 years in as test manager role. - Proven experience in banking or financ...
