Job Description: · ORBIS is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead a group of Program Managers, oversee a portfolio of ongoing and future programs, and to provide programmatic, engineering, and management support to assigned US Navy Nuclear Submarine Programs · This position manages the ORBIS Submarine Services programs and reports to the ORBIS Operations Officer. The Vice President will: · Lead a team of multiple Program Managers with a portfolio of numerous contracts. This includes functions such as personnel management, staffing, internal and external reporting, financial management, and contract administration. Additional Program Managers and contracts will be added to this portfolio as the company grows. · Provide support to the ORBIS Submarine Services business unit in the planning, execution, management and operations responsibilities. Examples include leading or supporting special projects to implement process improvements, supporting integration of new organizational units and programs, etc. · Support the business units in the full spectrum of business development processes from the initial identification and capture of opportunities through to proposal submiss...
