SUMMARY: Under the direction of the General Section supervisor, assists in supervising and coordinating the activities of the General Section, including locksmiths, carpentry, painting, tile setting, flooring, sheetrock and groundskeeping. Job Description: QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Competencies: - Under the direction of the General supervisor, schedules, estimates, assigns, supervises and controls costs of maintenance and repair on all building structures, roadways, grounds and parking areas.
