Regions Hospital is looking for a highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist experienced in Mental Health to provide pharmaceutical care and clinical expertise to patients on our inpatient mental health services and in our long-acting injectable (LAI) clinic. The ideal candidate for this position will provide comprehensive pharmacotherapy management for patients with psychiatric conditions and substance use disorders. This role collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize medication outcomes, improve patient safety, and support recovery-oriented, patient-centered care. Additional responsibilities will include: - Teaching and precepting. - Verifying orders. - Completing appropriate medication history. - Dispensing medications and related supplies. - Monitoring patient medication therapies. - Providing drug information to healthcare providers. - Overseeing the work of direct support personnel.
