Job DetailsJob Location: Gillette - GILLETTE, WY 82718Job Category: PartsParts Manager Position Summary: The Parts Manager is responsible to supervise the Parts, Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving and associated sales positions for departmental profitability, development of positive team dynamics, and train/coach staff on processes. This position is also responsible for developing and maintain relationships with customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties as assigned. Utilize and supervise an up to date and precise inventory management and control system, including the creation and evaluation of inventory reports. Aid staff when circumstances require. Oversee and train the parts and accessories personnel in all aspects of their job expectations to ensure productivity and job satisfaction. Keep adequate quantities of stock to adequately meet demands and maintain good inventory turn ratios. Adequately plan so the requirements and goals of the service department are achieved.
