Technology Operations Leader

Job description

The Operations Leader for the North Central and South Region Technology Service requires a people oriented professional with extensive engineering and project management know-how and a track record of results. The Operations Leader will work closely with the Practice Leader to maintain the vision and strategy of the Business Unit and support team development. The Operations Leader reports to the Specialty Services Business Center (BCSS) Operations Leader (BCOL) and will their talent and project experience to manage day-to-day operations, develop talent, and manage the recruiting and hiring process for the team. The Operations Leader will also work with other Operations Leaders, Practice Leaders, market Sector Leaders, Team Leaders and Project Managers to ensure continuity and project delivery. Candidate based in Chicago or willing to relocate to Chicago is required.
