Overview The Program Administrator supports the development and growth of non‑credit workforce training programs in business, career, and technology fields. Working under the direction of the Director, this role manages the administration, execution, and day‑to‑day operations of assigned programs to ensure effective delivery, compliance, and program quality. The position focuses on coordinating course delivery, supporting employer engagement, monitoring program performance, and providing input to leadership to support continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings experience in workforce program administration and student services, with strong coordination and operational skills.
