Senior Superintendent In support of upcoming projects, Bird Construction is reaching out to market to identify candidates interested in the Superintendent position. Reporting to the Field Operations Manager in the region, the Site Superintendent, is accountable for coordination, administration, and site supervision for construction of the building. They will ensure Bird’s Values and Business objectives are adhered to at site, consistently demonstrate the Bird brand and operate a site where all stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism. This is a permanent position initially based on a project in Kelowna, BC. What You Will Be Working On Pre-Construction Management: Work with the Project Manager, develop and maintain master project schedule with input from subcontractors using either MS Project or Primavera P6. Develop Health, Safety and Environment Plan. Review contracts with the Project Manager to ensure scope of work and schedules are accurate and feasible.
