Location: Remote with travel to North America EXL offices and client sites as needed for business purposes Reports To: VP, Head of Sports & Gaming Base Salary range - $185k to $205K plus annual bonus target Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to drive growth, manage key relationships, and ensure delivery excellence across EXL’s Sports & Gaming portfolio. The individual will be responsible for owning client accounts, deepening relationships with senior stakeholders, expanding scope across EXL’s offerings (Analytics & AI, Data Management, Digital Engineering, F&A, CX Ops), and ensuring alignment between client needs and EXL’s capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Account Management & Growth - Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned Sports & Gaming clients (e.g., leagues, teams, sportsbooks, game publishers). - Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client priorities and EXL’s offerings. - Drive pipeline development, proposals, and renewals in collaboration with sales and delivery teams. - Sales & Business Development - Drive revenue growth through expanding existing accounts with new solutions and services. - Build and m...
