Are you an experienced HR Transformation professional who thrives on driving meaningful change? We’re looking for a HR Transformation Project Manager to lead and deliver impactful people initiatives that enhance organisational capability, employee experience, and operational efficiency. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work across the business to shape and implement key HR transformation programmes—including system implementations, automation, and organisational change. The Role: You’ll be responsible for leading multiple HR transformation and change projects end-to-end, ensuring they are effectively scoped, delivered on time, and aligned with business strategy. You’ll combine strong project management expertise with change leadership to successfully implement initiatives such as HRIS solutions (e.g., Dayforce), workforce transformation, and culture change programmes.
