We are now looking for a Service Desk Technician to join an international Internal Service Desk team supporting users across multiple countries. This is a hands-on role where youll be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, working on-site in Malmö while collaborating closely with colleagues globally. About the role As a Service Desk Technician, you will support end users with daily IT incidents and requests. Youll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage accounts, document cases in ticketing systems, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and innovative projects. You will be part of a team distributed across 8 different countries, making collaboration and communication a key part of your daily work.
