The Maintenance Technician 1 is a critical member of our team who can solve a problem for our residents to keep them happy and satisfied by ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely and safe manner. Maintenance Technicians are accountable for identifying problems, completing service requests, and making repairs in accordance with operating and safety standards. Starting pay $21 per hour (and more based on experience)! - Potential to earn up to $5.21 more per hour with incentives. - Tools provided; valued over $1,100. - Company Cell Phone, Uniform, and Vehicle Allowance - Live and work with Goldmark and receive up to a 20% rent discount. Job Duties Include: - Complete assigned Service Requests related to repairs and upkeep of properties. This includes areas of heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring, HVAC, and other general repairs. Recommending replacement or repair, as necessary.
