Responsibilities: Using deep understanding of the overall tax return process, takes ownership of the e-file process including monitoring and releasing external client tax returns to the taxing authorities, ensuring correct returns are released and all filing deadlines are timely met. Track for acceptance, transmission errors and rejections and resolve as appropriate . Responsible for meeting client expectations for timeliness, responsiveness, accuracy, and service quality.
