Test Technician Department: Assembly, Integration & Test: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Mojave: Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 / hour Description: As a Test Technician at Impulse Space, you will own all aspects of test equipment implementation and operation while working closely with a fast paced, agile team. Responsibilities: - Fabricate, assemble, operate and maintain test equipment - Perform testing operations on a variety of test equipment including pressurization and propellant systems - Fabricate and assemble electrical, power and data acquisition systems - Maintain major test facility assets including power supplies, distribution panels, solar cells and gas generators - Effectively troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues - Operate fluid and mechanical systems - Maintain tools, service shop equipment, and stock consumables. - Provide direct test support for rocket engine testing Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalency certificate - 5+ years of professional experience in aerospace or other relevant operations or test environment - Experience with the safe operation of pressure, electrical, power and data acquisition systems - Proficient w...
