About the role As an HRBP Intern, you will support the Human Resources Business Partner team in delivering strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives. This role offers hands-on experience in partnering with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. What you do: - Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR activities, including employee inquiries, data analysis, and reporting. - Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives focused on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. - Help manage employee relations issues by conducting research and providing solutions in alignment with company policies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute HR programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Participate in performance management processes and talent review sessions.
