Work Flexibility: Field-based Sr. Clinical Specialist , Joint Replacement – Insert Location Summary: This role delivers front-line clinical and technical support for both manual and robotic (Mako SmartRobotics ™) proce dures (based on territory needs). You’ll train surgeons and O perating R oom staff, guide intra-operative activities, and ensure products and technology are used safely and effectively. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll drive exceptional clinical outcomes through pre-operative planning, technical troubleshooting, inventory and case management, and confident O perating R oom presence. The role also includes account administration, cross-functional collaboration, continuing education, and alignment with the sales team to support overall territory success. On-call coverage— including evenings, weekends, and holidays— is required to meet urgent technical needs and maintain seamless customer support.
