Western Washington Market Lead Department: Transportation: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Seattle, WA: Reporting To: Jake Menard: Compensation: $190,000 - $230,000 / year Description: Unmatched Comp Time Policy: Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO. The Western Washington Market Lead is responsible to establish, grow and lead our services across the region. In addition, the Market Lead is responsible for the financial performance, strategic direction, and operational execution of Horrocks’ business in the Seattle/Puget sound Area. This leader drives growth, ensures technical excellence, and develops talent within their business unit while collaborating with Horrocks Business Lines and Business Development teams to grow the Horrocks brand, backlog and revenue while achieving financial performance. With support from Horrocks corporate teams, the Western Washington Market Lead is responsible for hiring, organizational health, employee development, and other key talent-related metrics in addition to financial performance.
