Highlights of the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager, Project Engineering to lead the successful delivery of water and wastewater capital projects from concept through commissioning. Based in our Glendale, Arizona corporate office, this role is ideal for a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in a collaborative, project-driven environment and enjoys seeing complex infrastructure projects come to life. As Manager, Project Engineering, you will be responsible for managing the planning, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and closeout of capital improvement projects. Working primarily through external engineering consultants and construction contractors, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within approved budgets while meeting regulatory and operational requirements.
