Job DetailsJob Location: NRV - Dublin, VA 24084Essential Duties The Production Manager is responsible for hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all fleet in-service department staff to ensure productivity, quality workmanship, and adherence to company standards. This role includes directing and scheduling the daily activities of department employees to maintain efficient workflow and timely job completion. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs to verify thoroughness, accuracy, and quality, ensuring all work meets company and original equipment (OE) provider standards. Produces, maintains, and reviews operational reports as required by the Operations Manager and OE providers to monitor departmental performance and identify areas for improvement. Participates in managers’ meetings and leads regular departmental meetings to communicate expectations, review performance, and promote engagement among staff. Monitors departmental performance through reporting tools, tracking systems, and customer feedback, promptly reporting performance concerns or operational issues to the Operations Manager.
