Job Summary: The purpose of the Maintenance Helper is to be responsible for keeping the plant clean while assuring proper functioning of the machines. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist with maintain and service all support equipment and help with repairs if needed. - Assist other maintenance person that needs help as needed. - Responsible for keeping the shop and around the shop clean and organized. - Perform any additional task(s) as needed for the benefit of the company as requested by management. - Painting throughout the facility. Performance Expectations (if applicable): - Lifting is required, a weight of 25 pounds 50 times per shift. - Standing and walking are required approximately 8 hours per shift. - Reaching is required approximately 75 times per shift. - Stooping is required approximately 50 times per shift for approximately 10 second intervals. Experience/Education Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Must be able to read and write. - Must be able to do basic addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication. - Ability to work, communicate and get along with fellow employees. - Help maintain the daily general neatness and cleanlin...
