This role serves as the senior program leader responsible for contract execution, operational coordination, and delivery oversight across a complex portfolio of support functions including program management, strategic communications, event support, IT services, and facilities coordination. The Overall Project Manager will serve as the primary interface between contractor leadership and Government program stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence across a distributed workforce supporting mission-critical innovation initiatives.
