We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Product Management, Payroll to join our People Team. This role can be located in New York, NY. Own the payroll product strategy by defining and delivering the digital product vision for payroll experiences and capabilities across domestic and international payroll processes, including pay administration, controls, compliance, and colleague support Lead payroll transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and modernize payroll operations, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience Build and scale payroll products by owning roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for payroll capabilities that support a complex global workforce across multiple countries, jurisdictions, and operating models Enable operational excellence by partnering with Payroll, HR, Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and vendor teams to improve payroll workflows, controls, issue resolution, and service delivery Enable global consistency with local compliance by designing product solutions that balance standardized experiences with country-specific payroll requirements, statutory...
